Cattarene, Heyder, Anderson Win on Championship Night at Limaland
-Hinds, Sherman Earn Season Titles in Exciting Finale
LIMA, OH — July 25, 2025 — Limaland Motorsports Park brought the curtain down on its thrilling 2025 points season Friday night with Season Championship Night presented by Alexander & Bebout. With a packed grandstand, a strong field of competitors, and ideal summer weather, the stage was set for one final points-paying showdown — and the racers delivered in spectacular fashion.

Bath Masters DIRTcar UMP Modifieds: Cattarene Conquers, Hinds Seals Historic Title
The Bath Masters UMP Modifieds saw 22 entries vying for the final feature win of the season. In the 20-lap A-Main, it was Troy Cattarene in the 9C machine charging from the pole to pick up a commanding victory. Behind him, Aidan Hinds capped off a remarkable season with a strong runner-up finish, securing enough points to clinch the 2025 Bath Masters Modified Championship by a narrow 6-point margin over veteran Shane O'Connor.
Hinds, a standout driver for the University of Northwestern Ohio, made history by earning UNOH's first-ever season championship in the Modified division.
The top five in the feature were Cattarene, Hinds, Jeff Koz, Garrett Rons, and Dalton Lane, with seasoned racers Todd Sherman and Tony Anderson also making the top 12.

Dirt Track Truck Series: Rolly Rolls Again
The ever-competitive Dirt Track Truck Series closed out their points season with a 12-lap main event that saw Rolly Heyder pick up his third straight Limaland win in the division. Heyder powered the No. 10 truck past brother Joey Heyder and Tony Anderson to grab the checkered flag from the fourth starting spot.
Anderson, who doubled-up by competing in Thunderstocks and Modifieds as well, settled for second, with Joey Heyder third, Phil Hicks fourth, and Eddie Tucker Jr. rounding out the top five. A handful of trucks were unable to finish the race due to mechanical issues, while others failed to start.

Lock Sixteen Thunderstocks: Anderson Takes the Night, Sherman Takes the Title
In one of the most dramatic championship battles of the season, the Lock Sixteen Thunderstocks roared into action with 16 drivers eyeing a final win — but the bigger story was the points race between longtime rivals Tony Anderson and Todd Sherman.
Anderson wheeled his familiar No. 22T to the feature win, edging out Sherman in a caution-filled 15-lapper. But in the bigger picture, it was Sherman’s second-place finish that earned him the 2025 Lock Sixteen Thunderstock Championship, his first career title in the division.
Anderson finished second in the standings, capping off a season in which both veterans delivered week after week. Zach Rush, Devon Helmig, and Jarrod Klay completed the top five in the feature event.

Looking Ahead: Awards, Invitations, and the King of the Quarter Mile
Limaland Motorsports Park returns to action Friday, August 1st, with the annual Awards Celebration, Invitational Races, and the always-thrilling King of the Quarter Mile showdown — presented by K&L Ready Mix and Lock Sixteen.
The top 20 drivers in each division will battle in Invitational Features, with Modifieds, Thunderstocks, and Truck Series all in action. Then, points awards will be handed out trackside, followed by a return to racing with the King of the Quarter Mile features — a shootout among each division's 2025 feature winners. If a division has fewer than six winners, the points standings will determine the rest of the field.
To close the evening, all fans are invited to the Pit Party presented by the Ohio State Beauty Academy, where hamburgers, hot dogs, and sides will be served while fans mingle with drivers and teams to celebrate the 2025 season.

General Admission: $15 (Ages 16+), $7 (Ages 11–15), FREE (10 & under)
